Group Exercise

The YMCA of Youngstown offers a large variety of Group Fitness classes that are included with your membership. To mention just a few, we have several styles of Yoga, Mat-based Pilates, Water Aerobics, Step, Sculpting, Drums Alive, Tabata, and numerous Active Older Adult classes. We now, also, offer Les Mills BODYPUMP™ classes.

The Davis Family YMCA also offer Pilates Exo Chair and three levels of Pilates Reformer for additional fees. These classes are also available to non-members.

Pickleball

In case you haven’t noticed, Pickleball is a “big thing” at the Davis Y in the mornings! A mixture of tennis, ping pong and badminton, our gym courts are are kept busy with game after game. It is a great activity for ANY age. Players young, old and anywhere in between are able to participate and have a great time.
