While individual sports and activities help develop personal and physical skills, there is nothing like the interaction of team sports such as basketball, soccer and T-ball to develop cooperation, strategy and sportsmanship. YMCA sports leagues offer a low-pressure, high-participation opportunity to develop these skills. The “bench” is one position no one has to play at the Y.
This class will focus on the fundamental skills of soccer and introducing children to the correct technique. Training is an important way to improve as a player or to prepare for the approaching season. Players of all skill levels will benefit from this training in a focused but fun learning environment. This will run in correlation with Summer Session 1 with one class per week for six weeks. Classes will run every Tuesday 5:30-6:15 PM.
• Ages 6-8 years old
•.Current enrollment maximum of 6 kids
•Shin guards and tennis shoes are recommended for the class

What is Sudden Cardiac Arrest?
A Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) occurs when the heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating, cutting off blood flow to the brain and other vital organs. Sudden cardiac arrest is fatal if not treated immediately, most often by a defibrillator.
