Indoor Facilities

The Lariccia Family Indoor Aquatic Center has amenities for every age. We have a 5-lane lap pool for swim lessons, open swim time, water exercise classes and, of course, lap swimming. Our rec pool has slides, sprays and water activities for our younger crowd while the therapy pool is kept at a warmer temperature for arthritis exercise classes and our parent/child lessons. In addition to these areas, you will also find the hot tub and sauna on the pool deck for adult use.

Outdoor Facilities

The Davis Family YMCA is the home of two beautiful outdoor pools featuring geysers, curtains of water, water slides, and a diving board. The outdoor pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. For your comfort, there are six giant shade umbrellas and 225 chaise lounge chairs available, as well as three pavilions. Our concession stand, operated by the Provenzale family, is open daily and is located adjacent to our outdoor dining patio.

Pool Closing

Indoor Aquatic Center

The entire Indoor Aquatic Center will be CLOSED for annual maintenance from Saturday, August 25, at noon through Saturday, September 15. The Outdoor Pool will be open during this time period.

*The YMCA reserves the right to close the outdoor pool due to inclement weather or low attendance.

*Children under the age of 18 must exit the pools and take a break during the last 15 minutes of every hour. At this time, we recommend that children reunite with their family, use the restroom, and reapply sunscreen.

Safety Is Our Priority

We are committed to making the pool environment safe for all ages. Please note that in the event of inclement weather, the pools will be closed and the deck cleared for at least 30 minutes after the last observation of thunder or lightning.

For children ages 12 and under, we have a marking system that utilizes red, yellow and green wristbands (see Swim Assessment below). These will be distributed as you enter through the main entrance.

Click on the video below to watch the process we use to identify three categories of swimmers at the Davis Family YMCA – non-swimmer, swimmer, and those who are tall enough to ride the water slides.

Swim Attire

Appropriate, modest, and properly fitting swim attire is required at all times. We understand that there is more than one interpretation of what this could look like; however, the Y is a family-oriented facility. Therefore, we ask that your swimsuit be ‘G’-rated. Click HERE for more information.
